Miss Nutritionist

Rosie Millen's first degree was a BA Hons in Drama and it was during her studies that her interest in diet and nutrition began. She then went on to train at the renowned Institute of Optimum Nutrition founded by Partick Holford.

After four years of studying she graduated with a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy and is a fully qualified nutritionist therapist.  Shortly after this she set up Miss Nutritionist. Her desire to spread the word about the connection between diet and the way you feel is immense and she is passionate in helping people to look and feel amazing in order for them to achieve anything they want in life. Rosie says “You really are what you eat. I want to help people to realize that as much as possible and we should never underestimate the power of food as medicine”. She is also a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) which is the professional body for practitioners and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Rosie is The Stu's nutritionist, which means she's here to ensure you get the best information and advice available.
