Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts
1 Clove of Garlic (chopped)
1 spoon grated Ginger (ready made paste is available or get ginger root, cut off the hard bits on the side and then grate it for a cheaper option)
1 or 2 green chilis
soy sauce
green pepper & beansprouts
2 tea spoon of sugar (if u want to make it less sharp)
Method
Add garlic, ginger and chilis to a hot pan (with oil). Allow to fry for a minute and then throw in the meat. Cook the meat till it's golden brown.
Add the vegetables once that is done and cook them for 2-3 mins.
Chuck in some soy sauce (to taste. about 4-6 tbspn)
Add sugar in then if u want it.
Then just let it simmer a bit and allow the soy sauce to thicken.
Serve with either rice or noodles.
